The scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate proposal, engagement letter, or written agreement.
Client Responsibilities

- Maintain access to any accounting software or financial systems required to perform our services.
- Notify us of material changes to your business or financial accounts.
You acknowledge that inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality and accuracy of our work.
Payments
Fees for services will be communicated before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Services are billed monthly.
- Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
No Tax or Legal Advice
Our bookkeeping services are intended to organize and maintain accurate financial records.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide:
- Tax preparation
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- Investment advice
- Financial planning
- Certified public accounting (CPA) services
Clients should consult qualified tax, legal, or financial professionals regarding those matters.
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of your financial information.
We will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will not disclose your information except:
- As required by law
- To trusted service providers assisting in delivering our services
- With your authorization
Intellectual Property

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination
